A certification number won't verify — what now?
Double-check the number against the slab label and pick the grading company manually. ANACS, ICG and Legacy don't offer automated lookups yet, so send us the cert number and we'll confirm it by hand.
How accurate are the market values?
Retail figures come from the PCGS Price Guide, realized prices from auction records, and live comparables from current marketplace listings. They're indicative, not an appraisal.
Can you help move my collection from another site?
Yes. Export a CSV from your old platform and use Vault → Import Collection. If the columns don't map cleanly, send us the file and we'll map it for you.
How do marketplace fees work?
In-site sales carry a 7.5% platform fee deducted from your payout. External listings that link out to another site carry a flat referral fee per listing.
